Submit your Application for Enrolment online via the link below or collect a printed form from the school office.
ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ENROLMENT
Once you start your application, you can enter and review all required details and submit the form to lodge your enrolment. You have up to 30 days to return and complete the application before it expires.
If you are enrolling more than one student, you can submit a separate application for each child once the form is completed.
The school’s Enrolments Officer will contact you after your application has been submitted.

Printed Application for Enrolment forms are also available from the school office or can be emailed on request.
Enrolment applications are accepted at any time throughout the year, with Kindy/Prep applications accepted up to two years prior to starting.
You can apply online for convenience and return to complete it within 30 days, or use a printed form collected from the school office.
| Step 1: | Submit an Online Application for Enrolment Form and other documents as listed on the Parent Checklist on the form, i.e. Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate if applicable for each child. For Year 1-6 enrolments, include a copy of the most recent school report. |
| Step 2: | The School will acknowledge receipt of your application and advise you of any additional information required to assist in considering your application. |
| Step 3: | An interview is arranged. All enrolment applicants must have an enrolment interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal. Students and parents are required to attend the interview. An Application for Enrolment Form must be completed by the parents or legal guardians, and all other required forms must be submitted prior to the interview. |
| Step 4: | Being Offered and Accepting a place If your application is successful, the Principal will make you an offer of enrolment. Parents accept of the offer by completing a ‘Confirmation of Enrolment Form’ |
Transfers
Ample written notice of the intention to transfer students to other schools is appreciated, so teachers can prepare an up-to-date progress report for presentation at the next school. A transfer form must be signed by the Principal before transferring to another school.
