|8:00 AM||Students should not arrive at school before 8 AM. A teacher is on duty from 8:10 AM. There are no teachers on playground duty before this time.|
|8:30 AM||Bell – Play ceases and student line up for classes out the front of their classroom.|
|8:35 AM||Classes commence, electronic rolls are marked. Any late students are to report to the office to be recorded as late. Late slips are collected from the front office.|
|10:30 AM||First Lunch – Students eat for the first 15 minutes and then play.|
|11:05 AM||Bell rings and students line up at the front of their classroom.|
|11:10 AM||Classes recommence.|
|1:10 PM||Second lunch – Students eat for the first 10 minutes.|
|1:35 PM||Bell rings and students line up at the front of their classroom.|
|1:40 PM||Classes recommence.|
|3:00 PM||Bell rings and classes cease for the day.|
Students are to be picked up from the front entrance of the school or the bottom area near the Sacred Heart Mission Hall. Supervision is provided for buses and parents at the bottom area until 3:20 PM. Any students who are still present at 3:20 PM will return to the front office.
After School Care (Hammond Island) Students are collected from the school and walked to the After School Care Centre. Students are to be picked up from Hammond Island Campus from the undercover area by 3:20 PM and 2:00 PM on Tuesdays.
Property labelled with a name is usually easy to locate. A lost property box is located in the office. This box is emptied periodically and unclaimed items are disposed of.
Parental cooperation is sought in ensuring their children obey the rules of the road if they walk or ride bicycles to and from school or catch the ferry.
Children who are travelling to school must keep to the footpath and bicycles are to be ridden in on the left side of the road. All cyclists must wear helmets. Cyclists must dismount and walk their bicycles through the school grounds.
All students travelling on the Ferry must remain seated at all times during the trip.
